If you have received something abusive that was sent through Formpost, or you have found a form using us for something the Acceptable Use Policy forbids, tell us here.
What helps us act quickly
The full email headers of anything you received, the address the message arrived at, and the page the form sits on. Headers are what let us trace a message back to the form that sent it — without them we may not be able to find it.
What happens next
A person reads every report. Depending on what we find we may throttle a form, disable it, or suspend the account behind it. We do not send case numbers and we may not reply, but we will come back to you if we need more.
If you are the account holder
A form of yours being abused usually means the endpoint is being posted to from somewhere it should not be. Turn on domain locking and a captcha in the form settings, and issue a new form ID to cut the old one off.
